Brenda Nestor: Setting Her Sight on Balance

"I've never been the type to have a big, grand plan," says Brenda Nestor, self-employed business executive, wife, mother and philanthropist from Miami.

One of the things she has set her sights on is maintaining a balance between work and family life. Brenda Nestor is president of her own real estate brokerage, Brenda Nestor Associates, a wife, and mother of five children -- 8-year-old triplet boys and 2-year-old twin girls.

In addition to her career, and her commitment to her family, Nestor believes in contributing to her community through volunteer work. She is the president of the Greater Miami Chapter of the National Association for Female Executives, she helps in her sons' classroom, and she is a member of the Board of Directors of several companies in Miami.
